On January 27, 2009 the signing ceremony was held between Pimai Salt Co., Ltd. and Thanachart Bank Public Co., Ltd. along with Bank of Ayudhaya Public Co., Ltd. to enter into the Credit Facilities Agreement for obtaining the financial support offered by the two financial institutes at the total amount of baht 320,000,000 (Three hundred twenty million baht only) for implementing the new brine-field project. Cavern configuration, position, interval have been purposely designed and set up under the geological condition as well as the ticker bedded salt formation in the new brine-field. These parameters obviously favour the estimated salt mined from each brine well in much greater volume than from that in the existing brine well. It is worth investing, although it is 2.75 kilometers far from the evaporation plant.
